Unvaulted weapon are updated with the game modes once every 24 hours, at 6:00.

Why Drum’s second weapon is not very clear, however, it’s definitely more convenient to shoot from him than from old cannons. Therefore, if you do not find the old weapon, do not worry, it can always be replaced by Drum Gun.
