Fortnite 20.20 update leaks – free items, Wanda, concert

Every update for the game is a great event for all Fortnite players, but the 20.20 one can’t be called one of those. It doesn’t have any new decrypted outfits, and the accessories that the dataminers managed to find are probably only worth getting for a collection. In general, the update is quite boring, but there are some interesting details.

Spoiler: there will be a few free items and, possibly, a Wanda (Scarlet Witch) outfit.

As you saw above, the 20.20 Fortnite update doesn’t have any decrypted outfits. We know that there are 5 male and 7 female outfits, but there’s no information about their look.

There are new item shop backgrounds for these unknown outfits:

As HYPEX supposes, the background below is a hint for some outfits from an upcoming collaboration. People in the comments assume that Wanda will become an outfit.

This is actually not the only thing why people think Wanda outfit will become real. Some say that the line below is a reference to Wanda, and not some best quotes from the 2000s.

Wanda is another Marvel character. Their amount is so big that it doesn’t really matter if there will be another one in the game.

Some people also say that the Knight outfit from the latest poll will soon be added to the game. Most likely, he is one of the encrypted ones.

Among the new things, there also are two new styles, which were added to all the owners of the original outfits. The new styles are for Ruby and Moniker:

One of the pickaxes, Secret Sledge, will be available for free for completing the Covert Ops challenges. The first challenge will become available on April 22, the last one – on April 30. The pickaxe will be available from April 30 to May 2, when the last challenge stage becomes available. Every stage will become available at a specific time, and you can’t skip them, so you’ll need to follow the schedule.

Below you can see the items that will soon come to the item shop. Star Wars outfits will become available on May 5.

If we go back to the events, tomorrow, on April 20, the Lantern Fest should start. You can get a few free rewards for completing its challenges. Such items can be a nice thing if you can’t buy them yourself, so be sure to follow the next news.

Also, the Best Friends event will come back soon, and you will be able to get rewards for participating. We don’t know when it will happen and which rewards will be available, but we have a leaked emoticon:

Soon, there will be an Aya Nakamura’s concert in Party Royale. At least, there was a leak about it in this update. It says that you will get a spray for visiting the concert, and there will also be new emotes in the item shop.
