Chapter 2 Season 9 / Chapter 3 might start on December 7

Some rumors are just results of someone’s fantasy, while others can be actually true. You can say which one it is by either checking if the source is trustworthy, or just by waiting for a while. This is also the case with the recent news about Fortnite Chapter 3, because now we also know its approximate start date.

According to the official website, Chapter 2 Season 8 ends on December 5, Sunday. However, Fortnite seasons don’t usually end on such days, and some data miners have an idea about why the date is set to such a day.

According to HYPEX, we will have a new Chapter after the season ends. Before that, however, you’ll need to wait for a whole 2 days – the game won’t work during December 5 and 6. Fortnite Chapter 3 start date is set on December 7, right after the black hole goes away.

Now that “The End” playlist got leaked I can finally talk about this: Chapter 3 is planned to launch on December 7th (It’s SOO good btw) and the Blackhole stays during 5th-6th.
