Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 4 Week 4 challenges guide
Fortnite week 4 challenges are available, so it’s time to get some XP and levels – you can’t get the Battle Pass rewards out of nowhere. The challenges nowadays are not as hard as they were back in Chapter 1, but they still can be confusing for new players. If you’re one of them – here’s a guide that should help you out.
Search Chests at Slurpy Swamp
All of you probably already know this location. We didn’t see it for the half of Chapter 2 Season 3, but now it is the same as it was back in Season 1. There’s a lot of Slurp barrels there, so it’s a good location if you need to heal a lot. It might help you complete this challenge, but it’s not the point. To complete this challenge, you will need to loot 7 chests at Slurpy Swamp. For several days or even weeks this location will be even more popular than it was before, and that’s where you need to heal a lot. If you have any problems with staying alive, just wait for a while until this place becomes less popular, and if you don’t, here’s a map that should help you find the chests.
Eliminations at Weeping Woods
Weeping Woods is another popular location that will become even more popular. Land somewhere, grab a gun and eliminate as many enemies as you can – 3 kills will be enough. This is one of the hardest week 4 challenges, so it might take some time for you to get those 3 kills.
Deal damage within 10 seconds of bouncing off an umbrella at Sweaty Sands
Jumping off an umbrella sounds pretty easy, however, you also need an enemy nearby to complete this challenge. Land at Sweaty Sands, take a weapon and then hop onto one of the umbrellas. Is you see an enemy – shoot him, and if 10 seconds passed – jump on the umbrella again. After you’ve dealt 100 damage, the challenge will be completed.
Destroy Collector Cases at The Collection
The Collection is a new point of interest, which is located east of Catty Corner. As all the new Marvel locations, it is a small island, which is really noticeable.
Just land there and destroy all the showpieces you see. Breaking 3 cases will be enough. Here’s an example of how a case looks:
Hack Stark Robots at Stark Industries
Stark Robots have been added to the game since the start of Chapter 2 Season 4, but the Stark Industries location is not that old. The robots can also be found at Quinjet landing places, but hacking those won’t count, so you will need to go to one of the most dangerous locations on the map.
To hack a robot, down it first, then get closer to it and press the Hack button, which will appear on the screen. After doing so, the robot will follow you and shoot your enemies. To complete the challenge, you will need to hack 5 robots, which can be really hard – this location was really popular before, and it surely will be even more popular now. That’s why this challenge is one of the hardest week 4 challenges. So, if you can’t complete this challenge, you can wait for a while until this location stops being so crowded.
Destroy Gatherers
The Gatherers are small red robots, which you can find next to Gorgers. Gorgers, in turn, can be found in these places:
If you see one of them, get closer to it and then eliminate one of the smaller robots. A destroyed gatherer can be also used as a weapon, which we need for the next challenge. Once you’ve destroyed 20 gatherers, the challenge will be completed. Here’s how a gatherer looks:
Deal damage with a Gatherer’s remains
This challenge can be completed while completing the previous one. Just destroy a gatherer, quickly come to it and press E button. The gatherer will be used as a weapon, which you need to deal 10000 damage with. Any damage counts (besides buildings, of course), so you can even shoot the Gorger with the gatherer. Shoot everything you see – sharks, Gorgers, other gatherers and enemies. This way the challenge will be completed as fast as possible. And, if you have any friends that play Fortnite, be sure to invite one of them. If your teammate deal damage with a gatherer, the damage will also count for you.
