Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 week 1 challenges are here, so let’s get into hunting, crafting and seeking. This is the first week of the season, so the challenges are quite unique.
Find golden artifacts near The Spire
Golden artifacts near The Spire are golden figurines, scattered near the tower. As you can guess, the tower is the central location of Chapter 2 Season 6. Sadly, all the figures are scattered across buildings, this makes the search hard.
But the figures glow with blue light, so finding them will be easier. The easiest way to complete the challenge is to land on the house right next to the central location. There are 2 figures, one on the second floor and the second one on the third floor. The third figure for the challenge can be found in a gorge filled with boards.
By pressing the interaction button, you will complete the challenge, and you can move to the next one.
Craft a Hunter’s Cloak
To create a Hunter’s cloak, you will need 1 piece of meat and 2 bones. Meat and bones can be found by killing animals.
Also, you can buy bones from Rex, around the location where animals are.
Talk to Characters
Talking to the right characters can be done in one place – just find a random character, talk to them, and then just repeat the conversation until the challenge completes.
Collect mechanical parts from vehicles, trailers, buses, or tractors
If you want to get mechanical parts, you just need to break the listed transport. For the easiest way you should go to the scrapyard that is located near the docks. There are many destroyed and wrecked cars, and you can easily get the necessary parts.
Craft Mechanical Weapons using Mechanical Parts and a Makeshift Weapon
We need two things to make this task:
– Weapon with common quality (not primal)
– Mechanical parts
You already know how to get mechanical parts, but what about a weapon? I advise you to get in a car and take a ride along the road. You will definitely find some.
After that go to your inventory, crafting tab and select a non-primal weapon. If you have enough mechanical parts, you can craft new weapons from ones with gray quality. Do this with three common guns and the task will be completed.
Hunt Wildlife
There are not only NPC on the Fortnite map, but also animals. They live in all parts of the map, and you can easily find them just while driving a car.
Craft Primal Weapons Using Bones and a Makeshift Weapon
To craft a Primal Weapon, you’ll need bones and a makeshift weapon (not a primal or a mechanical one). To get bones, you can land on the spot marked on the map below. There are a few giant bones that you can use to get smaller bones that you can craft with.
Or else, you can go to Rex and buy the bones form him for 10 Gold Bars each. You will need 4 bones in total and 1 makeshift weapon.
