Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 STORY and vehicle leaks
New Year holidays are coming to an end, unlike the current Fortnite season. While some players are trying to get as much XP as possible by completing challenges and survive the trees falling everywhere, the other ones are trying to find out the story of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 and even Season 2. Fortunately, data miners and content creators are helping them out.
A few days ago, the first IO guards came to the island just like moles, drilling their way through the island next to Logjam Lumberyard. Their base has their drill, the hole without a hole, a couple of guards and a tent with a chest. Some players have already noticed the strategic value of this location, because the loot there is quite good. However, that’s not it yet – we have some more information besides the one about IO.

An interesting video with a few interesting Chapter 3 Season 2 teasers got posted on Tabor Hill’s channel, who is a popular Fortnite player. The information got spread by popular dataminers, so there’s no reason to reject it for now. Now, let’s get to the teasers themselves.

During the 4th minute of the video about the first IO guards on the Chapter 3 map, the author mentions the upcoming war against the IO and that the next season will have a vehicle with a mounted turret. We’ve already had some leaks about the second thing before, but the second one is much more interesting.
War between IO and The Seven
We’ve already had similar wars in Fortnite. The examples are the Nexus War against Galactus, or the war between IO and the aliens in Chapter 2 Season 7. There also was one where you could choose a side – Shadow or Ghost.
The last thing is the most interesting when talking about the war against the IO. We’ll likely have a choice between The Seven and The IO, just like during Chapter 2 Season 2. However, this is just an assumption, and we still don’t know how exactly the war against the IO will go.
If you recall, the battle between Shadow and Ghost was almost legendary – we got new weapons from both the sides, memorable characters, map changes depending on our choices, and a whole game mode where the players could fight for the side they picked.
If the story of Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 repeats Chapter 2 Season 2, the battle between IO and The Seven should be as epic as the last one. However, if it happens, this won’t be soon.
Content creators are constantly working and either have some connections with Epic Games or just are fantasizing a lot. In this case, I don’t see any reasons not to believe the YouTuber – he’s quite popular and probably wouldn’t risk his reputation for a fake statement.
