Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Sponge Bob, Sonic and Transformers can get added to Fortnite

While all of us are happy about the 15th Winterfest present, Epic Games are not wasting any time and have already signed a contract with Paramount Pictures. This might become another gold mine for the developers and another wave of collaborations in Fortnite.

This information comes from the channel XboxEra. At 1:19:30, the hosts start talking about the future of Fortnite. One of them says that Paramount Pictures signed a contract with Epic Games to bring some properties to Fortnite:

Even though this contract makes a huge amount of collaborations possible, one of them might come first. There’s a chance that the legendary Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will come to the game.

We’ve already seen Kratos, Naruto and Spider-Man with guns in their hands, so the only thing missing from the collection is a gang of turtles. Their arrival to Fortnite is just a matter of time, because they recently got added to another game – Smite.

That’s the only news for now – the Turtles can become a regular bundle in the item shop, a part of an event or maybe even become a key part of one of the future seasons.

Paramount Pictures owns a huge amount of movie franchises, including Avatar: The Last Airbender, The Legend of Korra, Jimmy Neutron, Transformers, Indiana Jones, Sponge Bob, Kung Fu Panda, Sonic the Hedgehog, Mission Impossible, Paw Patrol and Star Trek.

This means one thing – in the future, Fortnite will have a lot of characters from people’s most favorite (or not) movies.
