How to refund Fortnite V-bucks?
Fortnite is played by completely different people: from children to the elderly. Yes, the game is so popular that it unites generations. And if the people playing the game are different, everyone has the same money and everyone values it. And what to do if you made a random purchase of V-bucks in Fortnite? How to get a refund for an accidental purchase of V-bucks in Fortnite?
This often happens when children use their parents’ cards and write off fabulous sums – thousands, and sometimes even tens of thousands dollars. There was a very high-profile case when a child bought 49,300 V-bucks in Fortnite without the permission of his parents, paying for the purchase with his mother’s card. In such high-profile cases, developers can go to a meeting and return the money to the card by taking V-bucks, but in most cases such requests are simply ignored.
Official Epic Games sources state that the following Fortnite products are non-refundable:
- Battle Pass
- Battle Pass Tiers
- Starter Pack
- Loot Llamas (Save the World)
- Event and Weekly Items (Save the World)
- Fortnite Crew Subscriptions
- Level Up Quest Packs
That is, if you or your child made a payment for V-bucks in Fortnite, you will not be able to refund – such a procedure is not provided by the company.
It turns out that if you have brought money into the game, it will no longer be possible to withdraw it and all that remains is to spend it. You can buy a battle pass or skins. And skins, unlike V-bucks, can be returned.
