The Cube Convergence switched to its third phase

You can hardly imagine Chapter 2 Season 8 without the cubes or the Cube Queen. The cubes have been moving since the start of the season, constantly changing the map, but the Cube Queen is a little less mobile. Everything she’s doing is floating in the center of the Fortnite map and laughing, and even the Convergence is less static – it has switched to its third phase.

Even though the cubes aren’t rolling around the map anymore, you can’t say that they are not moving at all. You can’t see their movement, because it happens between updates, but the game’s files already have several phases of the map that the cubes should refer to while moving around the location.

Today, the cube Convergence switched to its third phase, which is the last in the current update. The cubes have moved a bit around the location, the golden one is now higher, and there also are lightnings in the center.

The community thinks that the cubes are going to charge the Cube Queen, waking her up at the same time.
