The Spire quests (weeks 1 and 2) – guide and maps

Tarana and Raz’ challenges are the first quests that are available in The Spire quests tab. These quests will need you to travel a lot, so you should be prepared.

Fortnite 16.00 update has lots of new content, including new quests. This is  a great event – now you can get tons of XP and even get to travel around the map, but completing these quests won’t be easy.

Complete Uncommon or Rarer quests

This quest might seem obvious, but there’s a lifehack. If you don’t want to complete regular challenges, just jump into the Battle Bus and find an NPC. Each NPC quest counts as a completed one.

Almost all the NPCs have quests, so finding one will be easy. Just don’t try to talk to a boss!

Find Tarana

Tarana is a character from Chapter 2 Season 6, who can be found in Boney Burbs.

Just talk to her and she will give you more challenges.

Collect Artifacts for Tarana

Collecting challenges will probably never end, and this quest is one of them. This time you will need to find some mysterious artifacts.

All the artifacts are located in Boney Burbs. The first one can be found in small stalls next to the road. The artifact itself is a photo of Jonesy in a fancy frame.

To find the second one, go to the opposite side of the village, to the clock tower. You can find the same artifact under the stairs.

The last portrait is located at the gas station in the half-broken room. You can find it behind the tree.

Talk to Tarana

After everything you’ve done, just return to Tarana and talk to her.

Find the Thief

After you have found all the artifacts and talked to Tarana, she will send you to find the thief. It will be Raz. The search will not be difficult, because Tarana immediately tells where to look for him. He will be in the Colossal Crops.

Play the Last Log and return to Raz

To find the log, you will need to go to the destroyed western wall of Colossal Crops. Right opposite to the cornfield, on the rock, is the place where you will find it.

When you take it, go back to Raz. He promises to decipher the received message in return for help.

Complete Uncommon or Rarer quests

Harvest a wolf fang, a boar tusk, and three chicken feathers for Raz

No matter how trite it may sound, but you need to kill a wolf to get a fang. After that, you can go to look for a wild boar, the thing is similar. After killing boars, you pick up tusks and go to find chickens. Feathers will drop from them: sometimes it can be just one feather, sometimes – two. After collecting the necessary stuff, the challenge will be over.

Retrieve a Cult Artifact from the Spire for Raz

Another artifact from another character in Fortnite. For you to get it, fly to the house that is on the south of the tower in The Spire.

All you need to do is steal the artifact from the second floor of the house. It will be glowing with blue light, so you will not miss it!

Collect a Cult Talisman from a Guardian for Raz so he can finish the disguise

To get a Cult Talisman, you need to land at any (down below on the picture) Guardian and kill them. After the Guardian’s death, a Cult Talisman will appear on the ground, which you need to collect.

Return to Raz

Just return to Raz and talk to him.

Don the disguise and strike three resonant crystals at The Spire

This is the last Raz challenge available for weeks 1-2 in Fortnite and also the last challenge from The Spire quests pack.

To don the disguise, you need to land on the rocks near The Spire. There will be an item laying on the ground, but I can’t recognize what exactly it is. You need to use it and move on.

Further, get up on The Spire and try to find pink puddles near walls, to punch them with your pickaxe. An accurate and easy way is shown in the video, but below there always is a map.
