Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 – all the information you need to know

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 is finally here, and here we are to tell everything that is known about it at the moment. But first – let’s finish with the last season.

It was really long and fully dedicated to Marvel, which was a downside for some players, but no matter if you like Marvel, you will definitely remember Chapter 2 Season 4 for a long time. There wasn’t a lot of story things happening in the middle of the past season, but it finished with a great event, which you will probably remember even more than the Season itself.

Besides all the story things that were happening, we also had a lot of defferent outfits. Most of them were, obviously, superheroes, but there were some other unique ones, such as the Lachlan outfit from Icon series.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 release date

Chapter 2 Season 5 will start on December 2, 00:00 AM ET. The servers will turn on approximately 4 hours later at 04:00 AM ET.

Chapter 2 Season 4 event date

Chapter 2 Season 4’s event took its place on December 1, 16:00 ET

There was an 8-hour break after the event, so the servers were started next day at 00:00 AM ET.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 End date

Chapter 2 Season 5 will last until 03.15.2021, if it doesn’t get delayed.

Chapter 2 Season 5 lore

The story of the season will be about hunters and partially about Star Wars, with the Mandalorian being the main Battle Pass outfit.

Some players’ assumptions say that the season will be about DC superheroes, which would be a bad thing right after such a long Marvel season.

There also are some interesting things in the game’s files, such as the Dragon Shotgun, which was first found several seasons ago.

Another interesting thing is Kevin the Cube’s files, which were returned to the game. The files may be used for an outfit or something else, but we don’t know anything about it yet.

You can also expect all the Marvel locations to disappear from the map, including Stark Industries. They can also be replaced by something new.

Unfortunately, iOS users won’t be able to play the game for a long time. The game is deleted from App Store, and the next court session will happen in May of 2021.

The only solution now is to pick another platform, such as PC or one of the new generation consoles, which will make the game feel much better.
