When is the event of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5?

Season 5 of Chapter 2 will end right in a week, but not everyone can imagine how it will happen – there won’t be a usual Fortnite event.

The developers announced that the usual format of the event will be changed to “Zero Point Crisis” event, which will appear at the start of Season 6 of Chapter 2. So we will be able to complete the history of Chapter 2 Season 5 of Fortnite only at the beginning of Season 6 on March 16, 2021, without an event in Season 5 itself.

The developers also tell that the results of this mission (probably just simple challenges) will affect so much on the history of Fortnite, even if they are designed for singleplayer. You can complete the mission when you enter the game first time after the start of a new season.

Unfortunately, there were not so many events of the plot during Season 5, and it is difficult to understand what will happen after these missions. Let’s hope that Chapter 2 Season 6 will have a plot with more events or at least small changes than this season.
